Can I cancel my monthly plan?
Our plan includes a 12-month agreement. If you need to cancel after that period, we ask for 30 days notice so we can help with a smooth transition.
How long does it take to build my website?
Your website is built efficiently from start to finish, with timing based largely on how quickly we receive your content and approvals. You won't be charged your monthly fee while your site is being built.
How do I request updates to my website?
You can reach out by phone, email, or through our contact form. We handle updates directly, no ticket system required.
Is SEO included?
We build every website using SEO best practices. That includes proper page structure, headings, meta titles, meta descriptions, sitemaps, and submission to search engines. We do not offer ongoing SEO campaign management as part of this plan.
Do I keep my domain name if I leave?
Yes. We require that you purchase and register your domain in your own name from the start, so you always own it and are responsible for renewals. It is yours regardless of what happens with your plan.
